The Beautiful Smile You Deserve is Affordable!
Your insurance policy is a contract between you, your employer, and your insurance company. We are not a party to that contract. If you have dental insurance, we are here to help you receive your maximum allowable benefits. For other insurance plans, we will bill these plans as a courtesy to you. Regardless of your coverage, you are responsible for your entire bill.
Not all services are a covered benefit in all contracts. Some insurance companies arbitrarily select certain services they will not cover.
We are providers for a number of insurances (see list below). Please note we do not participate with all plans that these companies offer, so call us to be sure we work with your plan.

As a courtesy to our patients, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
